I think it should just be Kafar's Sea Serpent. Look at it compared to Sadarac's. Here is a list of everything they have in common:
- Both use diagonal symmetry.
Both use a kite fold as a reference.
Both are sea serpents. <-- the only thing really linking them
Compare this to the KNL Dragon:
- Kasahara just added a separate head of his own design onto Bob Neale's dragon. And then Robert put the two together in one square via a simple border graft, which also produced excess wing.
Not to discount your influence, Sadarac, but really Kafar's sea serpent is completely different from yours.
Also, Kafar, I like what you've done with those hind fins in the CP. Looking at it I suggest moving that section up and left a few units, (I think three would be best). They seem too close to the tail.
