Hello all,

It‘s been a long time since I have been on the forum - I hope it‘s ok for me to announce our book here (I did not find anything against it after a cursory search). If not, dear mods, please (re)move the post as you deem necessary.

And so, here it is, after a lot of hard work, Dáša Ševerova (paperain) and myself are proud to announce that our book SHAPING PAPER is available online, you can have a peek (“look inside“) on amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/1709524006 8)

Thanks for looking and enjoy !

Congratulations on your book!

There's no problem with promoting it from my side. Our Forum rules against Advertisements are solely against Spam. What we consider Spam is up to the Moderators, but you can be certain that a proud mention of a long time member's Origami book won't be considered as such by our Moderator team.

So if I understand correctly from the Amazon description, the book contains many pictures of your models and also diagrams for 10 models of yours and the diagrams were drawn by Dasa Severova, am I correct?

That‘s right :)

A good half of the book is about those 10 folding projects, the rest is about techniques and a gallery of some of my favourite models. 8)

...And... thank you Anna ! :D

Everyone should really read the first pages of the book! It states some hard and important truths about how we usually do things as orgamists and how we could start doing them .

You can read those first pages as a preview on the Amazon platform. It looks like an incredible and very insightful book!
