After about a month of studying for my Psychometric exam and not folding anything, I decided to take a break.

I've folded some "miniatures" from John Montroll's Origami Inside-Out, and the famous Devil, all from a 3-1/2" kami.

I also folded Peter Budai's Chinese Dragon from a tissue-foil combo

And, it's a new year in the hebrew calender, so a happy new year to all of you, or Shana Tova, as we say...

I made a witch today from one of the Tanteidan Convention guides. Very nice, managed it from a smallish piece of paper (6").

I also made that spinny thing, but mine doesn't spin so well. I hope the term is correct, Rosh hashana Gilad! (Both of yous!).

Just finished Satoshi Kamiya's Barosaurus from Tanteidan 6. To look at the end result, you wouldn't think it was that hard to fold, but it has some really tricky, fiddly moves. It's a good model though, with a long, long neck and tail.

Nice miniatures, Gilad. I don't fold much really small stuff - I find it too hard on the eyes and the fingers.

Wow, those miniatures look so cool! I still haven't folded the devil yet, want to attempt it one of these days.

John any chance of having pics of that model you folded? I just envy your folding style!!!

I like folding miniatures too, infact, some models tend to look better as miniatures.

I just folded 4 kawasaki roses for some girls ...
It's the sepaled version, which I tend to fold often. I made one backed with some Armani paper, just to give it a bit more class!

I also folded a normal Kawsaki rose but with the variation that John taught me - it now locks and looks better!

I received several orders from Japan and the US a couple of days ago, and because I'm flying to the U.S. tomorrow (8/10/2003) to attend the PCOC convention (Anyone going as well?), I've been folding like hell these past couple of days.

This link will take you to the updates section with the new models I've folded.

You can view the Barosaurus here.
Not a great photo, unfortunately.
