Designed a new dragon, using some 3-D shaping in the belly this time as opposed to the head.

Re: Bass
I love the belly pleats on the dragon, simply amazing

Re: Bass
Designed a Turkey for Thanksgiving. It's fully 3-D and can stand on its own, just my photo surface was slanted at the time.

Designed a relatively easy Bear, and was able to teach it to a few friends who have limited experience. Some nice 3-D shaping properties of it too.

Re: Bass
Been working on a fish design and got this so far. Tension is used a bit to hold it all together but I think it locks fairly nicely.

I designed the Cobra a few weeks ago, the main inspiration behind it being me trying to imitate Orimin with a bit more fluid attempt at the layers, as opposed to his zig-zag. I like his better in that he can do faces better than me, but I can still use mine for teaching while I wait for his book.
The Rhino is an intermediate model I designed to teach kids how to measure fractions and angles from origami. It's also a good study in locking folds to keep the 3-D shape.
Re: Bass
I've designed quite a lot between now and my last post. Am trying to track everything down but these two were immediately at hand:

Darth Vader by Bassjason1, on Flickr
I've been folding a lot of faces lately to get a feel for that kind of subject, and Darth Vader was the latest to come up.

Re: Bass
Starting with Vader and the Cat I've been on a bit of a face/mask kick the past month or so. Have made quite a pile so far. Here's two more; a Cow and a Rabbit.
