ODT2 Round 3: gab vs. GWB origami

Post by gab »

All right, both of our round 2 duels are wrapped up, so I'll go ahead and start round 3.

Suggested topics are:
1. Money folds (dollar bill, etc.)
2. Things with wings
3. Sea life

For money folds you can use as many bills as you want, but no cutting or gluing. For the other two, one square, no cuts.

The poll doesn't start until the last week of the month. There's still plenty of time.

First entry, a wasp:

Second, a flying crane (part of a larger piece of artwork, but designed for this challenge):

Oooh!
I think this is a good round for me to follow so i can see how it works, not because of any obvious reason (of which i currently can't think of any)
But because you are probably completely equally matched. You are also both better than me. I'm tense right now. This is awesome!

GWB Origami- the folding period has ended, so you need to submit an entry ASAP.
Once you do it is time to start the poll. Good luck

Poll's up! It's not going to run as long but hopefully we will still get plenty of people voting.

I like it's bug similarities. Were those on purpose? If you're wondering what i'm on about, i mean the legs and the ovular wings.
