ODT4 Round 2: gab vs. Kyle2952

Post by gab »

Okay, sorry for not starting the thread yesterday, I haven't been on the forum in a while. Folding topics are:

1. Music - anything related to music.
2. Modulars
3. Sci-Fi - can be either something from an existing science fiction movie/book/game/etc., or your something you come up with yourself.

For general rules I propose the usual one square, no cuts (obviously modulars need more than one sheet, but they should still be uncut squares). Glue/MC is allowed within reason.

For #2, do you have to use all of the same unit like a kusadama? Or can I sculpt something with multiple pieces. I personally consider modular and kusadamas different but I just wanted to make sure.

You should use all the same unit, I am thinking more abstract geometric modulars than multipiece representational origami. But if you can make a represational "sculpture" using only one type of unit, you can do that too.

Whatever structure you used for arms would look great as braids on a complex model. Nice model!
