Re: ODT 5 Round 1 - Baltorigamist vs Roodborst
Great topics balto. I got some things in mind already. But I have two questions before I can choose.
Are multiple entries allowed? Not sure if can finish more then one design but I would like too have the possibility.
Is it ok, too think a bit out of the box on the wings topic? Like other things that have wings or fly beside plains, birds and mythological creatures?
Let me know and I'll choose a topic.
Btw I might not be able too choose before tuesday because I have a nightshift from monday on tuesday. Not sure if I have time to check the forum during work but I'll be able too pick a topic on tuesday.
Thanks in advance

I don't see why not. And as far as thinking outside the box, sure.

Unfortunately, you can't make multiple entries. Tschobigami said that already.

I've read it now. I wonder why that is. But we will do one entry then.

Yeah, multiple entries would've been better.

Well if you want to do multiple entries, do it. But I said that for a few reasons:
a) it is easier to vote. If one has 3 entries and the other one only one entry and the quality of the three entries differs a lot, it is hard to decide in my opinion. one on one is a fair vote
b) if you want to do more than one object, you can design more (and also show all of them) but only submit one for voting. You should be able to decide which one is the best and so make it easier to decide and allow a fairer voting with more realistic results
c) 3 weeks is not a long time to do a good design. If you really want a good design with a good structure, a shaping that you like, a good photo and so on, you will need a lot of thinking testfolds etc. and in my opinion there is always something to improve. I am almost never really statisfied with my designs/ folds so why dont you use time that you have left to improve your design, to make it a high-quality design and fold, which has way better chances to win?
Well this is just my opinion. If you still like to do multiple entries, agree on it with your opponent and do as you wish
