ODT #6 nathanzimet vs tankoda
so this is one of the deuls in the first round of odt 6! nathanzimet vs tankoda.
3 topics, tonkada, you choose one and we use that as the topic!
1. anime characters
2. deep sea creatures/plants
3. orchids
again, you choose one of the topics and we both fold from that topic.
looking forward to what you choose!

Cool. I choose deep sea creatures/plants. Is the deadline 8/31, or when? The post was a little confusing.
Thanks.
P.S. It's Tankoda, not "tonkada". But that's okay.

Re: ODT #6 nathanzimet vs tankoda
sorry for messing up your name! i'll try harder in the future to proofread my posts.
i think he meant we have one week (until 7/27) to start these duels. We then have to be done designing, have put up the poll, and have the poll results in all before 8/31.
so in theory we have up to a month to design the model, but it would be better if it was closer to 3-4 weeks, leaving more time for polling.
Hopefully i made sense~

Okay.
By deep sea, are you restricting it to things like an angler fish, or are sharks, lobsters, and things like that okay?
Also, would a prehistoric deep sea creature be okay?

any deep sea stuff, doesn't matter the time

Okay. I think this is my last question. By deep sea, are you restricting it to things like an angler fish, or are sharks, lobsters, and things like that okay?
Thanks for your patience. I just want to be sure I don't design something that doesn't fit the challenge.

any sort of thing~ rattail fish, chimeras, tripod fish, crustaceans, polychaete worms, and i think a few types of sponges? there's crabs down there too. Given the wide range of things, I wanted to focus not on how you interpret the topic, but how well it is executed.
Re: ODT #6 nathanzimet vs tankoda
greencube07 says "All participatants are allowed to choose the rules based on mutual agreement within their group," on the ODT6 conversation.
We have already begun with deep sea, so that is fine; I don't think we should change things. But, if it is okay with you, I would like to ask if we could broaden the topic to include creatures that are "middle sea," or above.
If you want to leave it at deep sea, though, that is okay.

certainly. I'm having trouble finding information on the animal i want to fold, and that topic gives me more of a chance to be accurate about where it lives.
Re: ODT #6 nathanzimet vs tankoda
Thanks.
That helps me out too.
