Pokemon Team challenge/thing

Post by Android raptor »

Folded these today. I was inspired by Mistro's Pokemon Team from dA and decided to fold my own. Take a look!

Image

From left to right;

Mew: My own model.

Ditto: From the Japanese Livro Pokemon Origami children's book. I only folded models from the book that had no cutting or multiple squares.

Togepi: My own design.

Pikachu: Fishgoth's Pikachu, with my variation :D

Poliwag: From the Livro book. I did a color change on the tail.

Arbok: From the Livro book.

Now I want to see you guys' Pokemon teams. Like in the show, you can have up to six Pokemon in a team. Doesn't have to be your own models, but they are encoraged. Not really a challenge though, as there are no winners or time limit. Is that okay with you guys and the mods? If so, let me see your Pokemon! :D

Hah, not bad. I was probably the biggest Pokemon fan when it first came out but now I just like the video games.... haha. I've got too many other projects to work on anything else, let alone six :) .

I was never very much into the Pokemon epidemic, but I think among all the merchandizing rubbish, the pokemon cardgame was one of the better magic-like games. didn't play it too often but liked the arena idea :)

I once created my version of Mew, too (maybe just one or two month ago)
guess i´ll post it soon...
but someone in Tokyo was folding amazing Pokemon-models. I remember a Mewtwo and a Kyogre but not the name of the guy... :cry:

rockmanex6, is it really that hard to spell the only word in your post correctly?

It's Miyamoto Shintaro. Here's his website: http://www.comic-folder.sakura.ne.jp/top.index.html
