Nice one Ondrej. He's a cute little wizard. You must get extra credit for avoiding Boring Practices (BP).

I like your one too ryuzin_origami. The crumpled look is interesting. It works well in giving shape to the hair, but for the arms and legs I think it might look better if it was a bit smoother.

it's november now - time to name the winner for the "human form"-challenge and to fix a new topic.
again we've got a lot of interesting contributions - thanks to everyone who tried to find a papermade interpretation of a quite complex figure - but the virtual pedestal holds place just for three people:

third place: nuluk with the man who lost his shorts

second place: birom88 with a knight

first place: satsukawa with a knight, too.

satsukawa is going to judge the november challenge and will find a challenging topic for december.

the november challenge is called: "folding japan - a papermade interpretation of legend and myth". soon i'll give some examples of possible odjects and the rules with a new thread ...

I'm very glad to be in the top three.
It was really a good idea to distribute a lot of money to the judges :D
But now my bank account is empty for the next challenge... I'll have to work hard ...
