I just had a look at your profile, private messaging should work fine for you.
I checked it and it is really OK. Thank you for that note, Anna! Is it some fixed time for sending messages? My last message was for quite long time in outbox and it confused me.

Messages will remain in the outbox until the receiver reads the message. So if you write to someone who never checks their PMs they will remain in your outbox forever.
So long and keep folding ^_^

Great! Thanks for clear explaining! Such sorting of messages is confusing: "outbox" - messages which are going to send, which are prepared to send; "sentbox" - already sent messages, messages, which recipient recieved (reading of that message is his/her problem) I understand to those names in this way. But now its clear.

EDIT: One more thing. If I delete message from outbox, recipient never get it?

You could just never check your private messages but set your board preferences to email you every time you recieve something, like me.

^MAJOR bump.
not as bad as when someone bumped a topic that hadn't been posted on since 2003, though.

When the user can be able to send private messages after registering? Or after how many approved posts this option will be opened for me?

I was also wondering when PMs get activated. Another member sent me a PM so it's frustrating to not be able to reply back to them. I have a few posts to the forum that seem to be taking a long time to show up, so not sure if they just take awhile to get approved, but wondered if posts are always moderated or just for new people.

Posts are only moderated up until you have three. You should be able to reply to the messages now.
