Embedding videos here in the forum?

I wanna embed a video from the OrigamiTube. How do I do it?
I tried this:

but all I got was this:
What did I do wrong? This is the video I wanted to embed:

only youtube and vimeo are supported

You could see if it's on youtube. Everything seems to be on youtube.

They say if something is not on google, then it does not exist on earth. Same is the case, if a video is not on youtube, it does not exist.
