Paper search - Info?

Hi! I've been buying paper from someone online cut into strips for lucky stars and am curious as to what sort of paper it is and where I might find it for myself. Its firm and glossy foil that is textured in different patterns. Including links to photobucket to images of the paper. (It makes great lucky stars).
