Try ordering paper on-line on sites like origami-shop.com
paperjade.com and origamipapermonster.com
They all ship to Canada

Hmmm well there's Michaels, but my guess that isn't what you're looking for (15x15 Kami). They do have rolls of kraft paper, but not very good kraft paper. Most of art supply places have some larger packs of Kami.
I've been getting my better papers (e.g., Lakota) from Mona Lisa at http://www.monalisa-artmat.com/ If you ask they have do have full sheets stored downstairs. From my occasional poking around some of the other art stores to have a limited supply of papers. I've also ordered on line (paper circle, origami paper moster) and that worked out too.
But I'm no expert, and would love to hear if others in Calgary have found the "source". (There's a group of folders that gets together here btw, drop me note if you're interested...)
