How do you make a perfect square cut from a paper roll ?

I think you have to use ruler to make perfect cut for that. Anyway what kind of paper is that here is Thailand I cannot find good paper for origami. I want to do 3d origami I notice that it is good quality something like thick. I want to use it and introduce it to my blog. http://www.paperorigamiblog.combecause I am receiving a lot of comments in my blog where to buy good paper I just answer just go on google or ebay or amazon
