How do you make MC tissue paper?

Hi all im thinking of trying to make some MC tissue paper to try a few models as with some ive tried the tissue foiled paper just becomes to thick on some models and i just cant work with it on them so thought id try the MC but how do you make it?

i was going to pop to my art store later to see if they have any methyl cellulose but just wondering how do you add it to tissue paper?

Im sure its a silly question but im sure someone can explain to me how you do it lol

Ive orderd some methyl cellulose powder from ebay so when that arrives i can try making some MC and see how it folds hopfully it will allow me to make a few models that ive never managed to finish due to the folding getting to thick.
