Sekishu Paper

Post by Baltorigamist »

I decided to splurge on a sheet of this paper because it seemed fairly thin and very strong (and because I've heard of it being used as origami paper), but I'm not sure what I should fold with it. The sheet is about 24x36" (61x92cm) and about 30gsm or so.

I'd appreciate any information you can give on this paper.

Someone made some origami models with that paper on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqPYHWqpE6M
Based on this model, it looks very good for insects, but some models that he has made are also animals :)
