Is there anyway to make very large tissue foil paper (>50x50). The biggest aluminum foil I can find is 18" or 45 cm. Could I do something like place multiple sheets of aluminum next to each other and glue large tissue paper on top?

You could definitely do something like that, yes. Whether you can make it look nice is another question, as it's very tricky to lay down large sheets of paper without wrinkling (especially when they're meant to stick to the surface).

as far as i know, it's the only way to make larger tissue foil. if you know the other side will be hidden, i suppose you could also use tape.

Do a search for 60cm wide catering foil 75m or 90m long. But make sure that it is not extra thick. This is one of those rare situations where the worst quality is the best option.
Look for reviews where peple are complaining about it being too thin.
