Usually, double tissue paper treated with some sizing agent. Single tissue paper for insects. As my tissue paper bleeds, I use tissue paper sandwich for models that require two colours, although I plan to try non-bleeding paper. I use A3 printer paper for preliminary fold if the model is not too complex.
