You are one degree away from asking somebody to fold it for you and mail it to your house. Make easier designs until you get more comfortable with various folds.

My first post, Any idea on how to do step 83, tried and tried but know luck.
I've read all the other comments on that step but none seem to help me. Pictures or a video would help alot,

I found that the creases did not rip and came together best when I used a 10x10" square of standard kitchen wax paper. I cut it using a cardboard square as a template because the wax paper was a poorly cut rectangle. The square came from a pack of 10x10" origami paper.
