We would have deleted him by now if he was. He's one of the only active members from 2003.

Re: Anyone knows the creator of this baseballcap with wings?
To determine the size of the paper needed to make a hat of a desired diameter:
(test paper dimension) / (test hat diameter)
Then multiply that value with the desired diameter of the hat you WANT to make. This gives you the dimensions of the paper you need to make the desired diameter.
So if you folded a hat with a 15cm sheet of paper, divide 15 by the diameter of the hat you made and multiply it by the desired diameter you want. The result is the size of paper you need.
Note that you should also leave room for error.
EDIT: I folded it with 15cm paper (although I think I did something wrong) and got a model with a diameter of 3cm so thus the diameter is 5 times smaller than the sheet of paper I started with. Can anyone confirm this approximation?

yes, I can confirm that...I used 20x20cm paper and the result was about 4cm only..

Alright, so if you multiply your desired hat diameter (in cm) by 5, that's how big you need your paper to be.

Wow that's a cool helmet =O And even easier to figure out with the dollar bill details for fold measurements >=3
No instructions from me this time though, since we know the creator it would be rude I think.
