Hello Joe!
I am very happy for your replay. I studied rest of the paper very carefully and I could expect that zig-zag system and hiding of the paper is clear for me. But not the "final shaping".
I would like to go to New York convention, but USA needs many procedures and money to visit it so even sus scrofa is VERY interesting to me, I am sorry, but I will not go to that convention.
What do you think, is it possible to film (make a video) your procedure and share it to us? On convention, of course, it should add only a little time to spend...

OK, no, it is still not clear. I returned to the wild boar now after several weeks and... it is still not clear. If is it possible wider disccusion, I could share some photos, videos and/or CP recognizing of valley/mountain folds.
But because it should takes some time, I would like to know, if my work will have any possitive replay which will lead to complete model. I hope it is clearly understandable. And up to now I know two people who know fold it -- Joe and this man:

Here the body and legs are essentially right in my opinion, but f.e. head has small differences. And I do not know japanease...

Thank you for your interest. I am sending some pictures for discussion.
First is not so important image, but nice...
this is the main net of creases. Now one must form bristles.

I use this folding sequence to acquire creases on the back side of the boar.

I form front legs, then I copy creases from CP to my model... only on one side.

But what I need to do with tail part?
First I could expect that it is a half of bird base and slant creases changes tail direction:
And boar than looks as this:

...and boar then looks as this and tail is color-changed:
Another way I will add later.

That comes close to defeating the purpose of crease patterns! Spending time figuring them out is supposed to be part of the fun.rokonacdc wrote:mr. cibulca can u please shoiw me the mountain/valley recognition it would greatly help me for i dont have that much time on my hands right now
Yes, I am that Joseph Wu. Not that it really matters. And please call me Joseph or Joe. "Mr. Wu" is my dad.
