If i'm correct, then that is the tiger by Hideo Komatsu. It is diagrammed in: Tanteidan Magazine 44, Tanteidan 8th convention book and in Works of Hideo Komatsu. If you need help with the diagrams, then specify a step(s).

Try get a paper with different colours on each side. It makes the stripes looks a lot nicer.
