problem folding Sebastian Arellano Dragon

Somebody can please tell me how to do step 24 of Sebastian Arellano Dragon, I can't figure out how to do the sink ?

You fold that flap to the left and make the same diagonal fold and then you open that flap completely so the top is in the middle and then fold it like a double rabbit ear.
