how do i collapse something like this?
So, i encountered a part like this in a cp
i have absolutely no idea about how to collapse it Any help shall be appreciated

What is the full CP, I would guess it is a mistake in colouring.

i have got the base easily but i can't collapse those mane layers. Maybe their is a mistake but i am not sure.

ah ok thanks mate, i got the model done and looks absolutely terrible xD. even 30 cm is way too small for this model. i think there is no way i can do it from less than 45 cm, the head also is very tricky to figure out

Also I think the line might be at the wrong angle? I couldn't get the mane to look right unless I changed the angle. Ripped the head though, so I'm not gonna be able to finish it
