Here's what I came up with using a printed CP:
The only part of the CP which I'm definitely sure that I collapsed correctly is the hind part.
In the following CP I identified the valley and mountain folds for that part, as well as noted where the different parts of the model come from:
And here the view of the collapsed back:
I hope that's enough to get you started while I try to work out the correct collapsing for the rest of the model

Well.... the way I see it I already succeeded with the model since the outcome resembles the original a lot and what's more important, it resembles a flying bullspawn7il wrote:I hope you will succeed with the rest of the model...

You need the blue line in the CP as reference line (you can get it with a kite-fold / 22.5°).
With this reference line and the diagonals you can get the circled intersections in the specified order. These intersections should be enough to give you the rest of the CP.
