Depends on what your problem is exactly and on how experienced you are with crease patterns, I wouldn't recommend this CP for a first attempt with CPs :-)

Here's what I came up with using a printed CP:

The only part of the CP which I'm definitely sure that I collapsed correctly is the hind part.
In the following CP I identified the valley and mountain folds for that part, as well as noted where the different parts of the model come from:

And here the view of the collapsed back:

I hope that's enough to get you started while I try to work out the correct collapsing for the rest of the model :-)

Well.... the way I see it I already succeeded with the model since the outcome resembles the original a lot and what's more important, it resembles a flying bull :-)

The real problem now is to reproduce this success....

Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by "border"....
Do you mean how to get the creases by folding without having to print the CP?

You need the blue line in the CP as reference line (you can get it with a kite-fold / 22.5°).
With this reference line and the diagonals you can get the circled intersections in the specified order. These intersections should be enough to give you the rest of the CP.
