Help needed with Sunflower, unkown author

Hello guys, I needed some help with an origami Sunflower I found in the internet, it doesn't say who the author or which book it came from and there really isn't a description per step. I am totally new to origami and I wanted to make this Sunflower but I am stuck in the 4rth picture (counting from bottom to top)
