I'm also tryng the wyvern but i've never succeeded in making an origami from a cp... Btw in my opinion the top left and bottom right part are the squashed version of the other two, so first you've gotta make them the same way of the other and than squash (i havent tried yet).

Could you help me with the body? I don't know what to do with the star-like shape near the tail and the head (you don't have to explain me if you don't want, a photo it's good enought ^.^)

I usually check if everything is possible before I start folding and collapsing the CP. I don't understand how can you solve this. If you help me with this, the rest is pretty easy...

Ok maaaaaaaybe I've solved the head but i'm not so sure...
Firs of all the head without the neck so that you can see the structure (sorry for the links but it's the only way that I can take to upload the photo):

Start folding from the top-right part, it's easier:

So for the top-left/bottom-right parts I've done this:

And now the version with the neck (and thats what makes me think that I'done something wrong):

If you need better image just ask, for now I can't do better sorry...

Edit:

Ok it works! You just have to close-sink the last part of the neck:

And squash the centre (I've done it badly):
