This libra is a design by Sergey Yartsev (
http://mirorigami.narod.ru), and is published in his book (
http://www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/26283319/). Since it's published work, I believe you won't find diagrams for it online. Your best shot is to ask the author or get the book (I don't know if it's published outside his country).

Many places like bookshops have lost revenues since the internet and hike in business rates...
You dont find these in my town...
