Help with Hiroaki Kobayashi Meerkat CP

Hello! Hiroaki has an adorable Meerkat on his Flickr, CP is public ( I hope links ok?? https://www.flickr.com/photos/kobashi_san/25135700730 )
I can collapse the model ok, but am stuck shaping the head. Any assistance would be great. (Mainly how to change the long part that sticks out of the head into eyes and nose etc) Sorry i'm learning how to fold from CP and still struggle on some shaping elements.
