Hi guys, I really need your help!

I've been trying to fold the amazing chess set designed by Joseph Wu and I'm stuck. The diagrams at http://www.josephwu.com/Files/PDF/chess.pdf are very good but I guess I'm still a newbie in origami. I've never folded anything as complex as this chess set.

I created a video https://youtu.be/W7WsqJ8DXk0 with my (little) progress so far, but I have no idea on how to do the rabbit ears in step 5 or what a Minor Miracle is.

Many thanks in advance for any help!

For the rabbit ear, try making the edges of the flap touch like seen in the picture. A minor miracle fold is simply folding the left edge to the right on the front, then flipping the model over and folding the left edge to the right again. Sorry if my explanations are bad, I've never been good at explaining. I hope this helps!
