Do you have the link to either the page you got it from or to the Korean blog?
Also, Peruvian and Bolivian aren't languages, Peru and Bolivia speak Spanish.
You might want to try the software by Robert J Lang called Reference finder. You said the line is around 4/5 but you only tried 4ths 6ths and 8ths?
Anyways, if you could provide a little more information I might be able to help you but otherwise good luck.

Some things I read on this forum make me loose the little faith I have in humanity

Simple? Really?
Ok... um, where is the green line?
If by the green line you mean the long unbroken crease on the right that starts at the bottom right corner and goes up to the top edge, I believe that that line is a 45 degree angle bisector, or the crease that forms when you fold the paper's edge to the diagonal center crease.
I think your eyes were bigger than your fingers when you found this crease pattern... I can't stop you from trying, though, so good luck.

I'm fairly certain that this crease pattern is from a Chinese forum called Baidu, not a Korean blog as you say. It appears to be based on 22.5 degree angles, so there won't be any integer divisions.

I am highly skeptical that the crease pattern doesn't match the photo you just provided. The clock in the picture appears to have 90 degree rotational symmetry, but the crease pattern has no symmetry of any kind. Furthermore, the clock has a square back, also which the crease pattern doesn't have.

When I first saw the photo, my first insticnt was that it resembled Chris K Palmer's Flower Tower. I think you could probably figure out a modification to make it look like a clock.

I can 100% guarantee that the picture provided and the cp do not match. The picture provided is a model by Morisue Kei called Now Loading. You can find its correct crease pattern on Flickr, and it is much different.

After a bit of searching, I've traced the CP to this: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/4725230334?pi ... 5886128345

This is the 2.0 version of an alarm clock, and there is a 3.0 version here: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/4732341444?pi ... 6143607728

Judging from your previous posts, these might be too difficult for you, so here are two alarm clocks with photodiagrams: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/4725862100?pi ... 5860929330
https://tieba.baidu.com/p/4714053780?pi ... 5893613894

Happy folding!
