Can somebody help me how to find a crease pattern or how to fold this model?

That's not origami the caption for the model reads "Solo work, casting one of my favorite subjects at Artworks Foundry".

Yes, but all his sculptures are based off his origami models, such as his bison and crane statues.

I believe he may have a crease pattern in his book Origami Design Secrets, both the first and second editions. However, the crease pattern is used as a lesson in grafting, and needs a lot of undiagrammed shaping to make it look like the crow in that photo.
If you want to give it a try, the crease pattern is essentially a bird base with two diagonal strip grafts for the claws, beak, and tail feathers.

I could be wrong, but it looks like a variation of his Songbird, which is in fact diagrammed in ODS.

I checked again and it is just like the raven shown at: http://www.langorigami.com/artwork/raven-opus-422
where there is no mention of diagram or cp.
