Long Tail Chicken by Kasahara

I'm trying to fold Long Tail Chicken created by Kasahara, which is part of #24 in his book Creative Origami. It's one of the last models of the first chapter. As a challenge, he only shows two nonconsecutive steps and the resulting model.
This is what I've advanced.
I think I have it almost ready; I'm only missing how to fold the tail. Unfortunately I'm clueless about how to do that. I've tried folding it differently but it never ends up looking like in the resulting model. Maybe I made a mistake on a previous step; I don't know. Does everything look correct so far or do you see a mistake on what I've folded so far? Can you please help me?
