Sorry it took this long for a response. I was actually able to redraw it. This is how it appears to be in the photo (please tell me if I'm breaking any kind of rules by posting this):
The head section was tough to figure out, this is what it looks like:
I then tried to fold that part, and it makes no sense. I couldn't collapse it. But after fiddling with it for a few minutes, I think I figured out how it's (apparently) supposed to be folded:
Also, there seems to be no references for this area:
I tired to emulate it as best as I could, but given that the photo is very pixel-y, that part is probably not completely accurate.
