Origami Tessellations - Puffy Stars

Post by paperz »

Hi,

I am going crazy trying to fold this one. It looks so simple and I got the first equilateral triangle but can't figure out how to and where to actually fold, to make the adjascent triangles. I am posting the link to these instructions by Ralf Konrad....http://ditelo.itc.it/people/gretter/tas ... onrad.html

I am sure I can make it once I get to fold all the equilateral triangles. I have looked on the origamitessellations.com and google for help but this basic fold is not explained anywhere Sad

Please help.

Forum Manager, I am sorry, I posted this one in the General category....could you please remove it from that section?

Thanks in advance,

Wow Excellent model, thanks for pointing it out. I couldn't be sure until I try it, but I guess the triangles are distributed the same as with another one of his creatins shown at http://ditelo.itc.it/people/gretter/dia ... /_tass.pdf

I am going to try to fold it right now

I am making one rightaway. I will post pictures of the finished model. You made it quite simple with your step-by-step photos. I will contact you again in case I have any doubts. Hope that's ok.
