Morisue Kei / Crested Kingfisher / JOAS 2014

Hi, I´m trying to fold the kingfisher - also using the video of Mariano Zavalo on youtube. But it seems I do have problems with step 59 (JOAS 2014) = around 53:40 of the video: all of a sudden Mariano´s model is looking different than some moments before - and I can´t perform the step like it is shown in the video 
(I already managed the Tree frog and the Caribou, and I definetly want to manage this one
)
