HELP folding Orchid Blossom(Robert Lang)

Hello. I was folding Robert Lang's
Orchid Blossom from ODS2(page 387). I managed to get up to 10 but on 10 I have no idea how to do it. Would you please be able to help?

Tadashi Mori has a tutorial. Skip to 7:36 of the tutorial to get to that step. The title of the video is called Origami Orchid Blossom (Robert J. Lang). I hope the tutorial helps!
