Ahh yes, I do.

Just click the "next" button. All the creases are mountain.

24: inside that flap are two raw edges, just pull those out to taste.

All this might seem confusing, but don't give up, just keep folding.
I have only been folding for about four years, so you have a short time to go before all these steps will be easy!

:D I just finished my terrier... the raw edge was on the outside again :? , but i still managed to make it. I also didn't include the eye because I think it looks better without it... Heres a photo

Notice that it's on used paper... I had nothing else, so it worked  also, the back leg and foot is sticking out

Hmm... how strange, the raw edge was on the outside for me as well.... that might be the way it is supposed to be, and the wording on 24 was a little bit off. because I was able to make it look like the picture....

A few notes.

This model can be improved, for instance:
the neck is a little thick, a sink in the neck can take care of this probablem.
Also, there is a loose flap underneath the main head flap, I used this (after sinking the neck) to make a lower jaw. I'm sure, that with grafts, one could also make a little more detail on the feet.....just a few thoughts, maybe yall can experiment with that.

If you look closely at my terrier, you can see that the raw edge on the outside can make it look like the dog has a nose :D It's quite interesting, really
