Chain of cranes

Post by kenongab »

I saw a chain of cranes and saw one of the most beautiful things in the world. I'm just wondering how to chain them. Any diagrams? Special threads?

my guess is that you stick a string through the hole in the bottom and poke a hole through the top... but I don't honestly know :?

If you are talking about this one (see link), its made with a single sheet of paper cut at certain points to make it that way.

Diagrams or rather instructions are in 'Complete Origami' by Eric Kenneway pages 157-158
