I got a diagram of scorpion on the net. And can't seem to figure out step 16 -17

Step 16 just sort of undoes step 3. There's a single flap of paper that wraps around the front flaps. You have to spread the paper out a bit to unwrap it, and in the process of reforming step 15, that flap should swing down and give you what the picture shows for step 17.

i understand what you're saying, but
cannot apply it to paper...
it sounds pretty logical but i think
i need some pictures to help me get through it...

Just click the next button, I think there are four pictures. This sould kinda guide you through how this fold is proformed. I just did it on some scrap paper, so this is not the acctual model.
