Orifancy 6 — witch

Hello:

I have the Ori-Fancy volume 6. I am trying to do the witch. Right from the start I do not know how to find them cross point that is required to do step 2. Any help would be very much appreciated.

you need to fold the bisector to creat the crosspiont
