I really appreciate the simplicity of this model here.
Do you know where i can find a diagram for it ? it seems to be exposed at the Origami Tanteidan Convention #6...

Besides, do you know a book which contains this kind of models? I mean very good looking, and as simple as this ?

Kawahata's Dinosaurs 1,2 and 3 contain a selection of simpler dinosaur models (plus, of course, a brachiosaurus skeleton).

Sasuga has the Japanese version, while Kim's Crane has the Korean version. Note that the Korean version is an abridged version; it does not have the skeleton, for example.

Is it a problem if I don't understand a single "word" of japanese?

Probably not - the diagrams in there are clear enough.

It's called "Pettyceratops", and it's in the 6th Tanteidan convention book. Also, apparently, in a book called "Fun Origami World" by Makoto Yamaguchi.
