Well, thats it, Can someone help me in this topic?
I´ve done diagrams in Flash, Photoshop, etc... but I want to make an usual diagram, like a the professional one found in books.
How to make my own Diagrams?

I don't know much about diagramming, but I guess Freehand is a vector drawing program. Then you have a free alternative called Inkscape both for Windows and Linux. I have not used Freehand and can not compare, but I guess Freehand has more features. But Inkscape is open source and is getting better.

You could try it out if you want.
You can also draw the diagrams by hand, scan them into the computer and have the program convert the bitmaps into vector graphics which you can then edit. Here is a tutorial for Inkscape:
