Fujimoto cube (the one provided by Origami8) is nice and nothing I mean NOTHING can beat its folding sequence in which in one single move of your finger about 3/4ths of the model get folded.

However the finished model has interlacing flaps on the sides. If you need a totally flat sided cube, check http://www.iwriteiam.nl/box-fold.html

Why don´t you just fold an already diagrammed flexicube like the one here?

Usually I fold it from streamers (party ribbons), but there´s also the possibility to use other materials like telex-strips and the like.
