can someone help me with steps 19-21?

Those are probably the toughest steps in the model to explain... I'll try.

Step 19. It wants you to fold the outside layers down so that the lower setion forms a square, where it gest tricky is that you are folding everything to the right of the diagonal inside of the model at the same time.

Actually thats how Id do it, fold everything to the right of the diagonal on each side into the model.

Step 20. If youve managed step 19 this should be a doddle, your guide is that you are folding the top layer of the lower point (white) out so that it forms a rectangle then you are tucking the excess paper under the diagonal that runs from upper left to lower right.

Another way of looking at this is that when you have completed the step the lower right straight edge upto the point marked by the fold line will now lie against the back of the right hand side.
