Looking for a particular box/container diagram

I’m looking for a box/container that looks like a pouch (rounded at sides and gathered at the top). I want to be able to pull it open at the top and place a small gift in it. I know I’ve seen something like that. Does anyone know how to make it or where I can get the instructions for it?
