Hideo Komatsu's Chameleon

I was digging around Mr. Komatsu's site the other day and found this picture http://www.origami.gr.jp/~komatsu/etc/s ... eleon.html . I have been looking for a chameleon model for a while, but there isn't even a crease pattern for this. Is there any way i could contact Mr. Komatsu, despite thye fact that i can't speak japanese?
