Google image search origami peacock crease pattern. You'll get a really good first cp. Also, somewhere, there is a first 5 crease patterns thread. That has lots of good ideas, although it has been dormant for a while, so it might be hard to find.

If you wanted to get a little more difficult, you could fold my boxpleated models :) They are here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/74920511@N05/

Where are pictures of that ant? I feel like making it. (The simple one on the 24 grid)

Phillipcurl: Thank you so much :) Yeah, I was a bit too impatient, and uploaded it as soon as I could. XD
Harpseal: I, unfortunately, haven't fold it yet (I will soon). If you want to see the finished product, Ilian Gogic was kind enough to fold this model, and here is his fold of it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/75482607@N ... hotostream

I will, and then i will add it to my list of crease patterns i want to do.
((ant)Iron man, (ant) phoenix 3.5, (ant), iron man mask, mewtwo, in priority order, although the ant is bracketed because i'm not sure when i want to do it yet).

Your doing the phoenix 3.5? :D Awesome! Brian chan's cp's are insanely hard (even with diagrams) so I wish you luck!

i believe Chan has diagrams from the iron man mask in one of the tanteidan conventions or magazines. i don't remember which one i saw it in, but it isn't one of the ones I own.

Book 15, I think (according to someone's Flickr), although it was called "Armor Mask" in order to circumvent licensing issues.

I don't know if you know, but from your wording it seems like you think that the phoenix is Brian Chan's model while it is in fact Satoshi Kamiya's. Just wanted to clarify.
